StrongHer Foundations

A 12-week strength program built specifically for women navigating perimenopause and post-menopause.

Midlife changes the rules.
Muscle becomes harder to maintain.
Recovery requires more intention.
Metabolic shifts become more visible.

You do not need more effort. You need the right effort.

StrongHer Foundations is where guessing ends and structure begins.

Who This Is For

This Program Is For You If...

  • You're 50+ and ready to build strength for midlife and beyond.
  • Whether you're new to strength training or have exercised before, you're ready for a clear plan that helps you progress with confidence.
  • You're unsure how to start strength training safely or how to keep progressing as you get stronger.
  • You're frustrated that your results no longer match your effort or you're ready to stop guessing and start seeing results.
  • You want a clear, science-informed plan not another generic fitness program.

StrongHer Foundations isn't general fitness. It's a step-by-step strength program designed specifically for women 50+, helping you build muscle, support your bones, improve your metabolism, and stay strong, capable, and independent for years to come.

Also in this section I would like to swap out the photo of the woman in the pink crop top and bottoms with one of the women I used to train. Her photo is attached and is labeled "Dita with DB.' I attached it here in the email. That's Dita below.

Why What Worked Before Has Stopped Working

As estrogen shifts, several things change in your body:

  • Muscle protein synthesis declines
  • Bone density can decrease
  • Insulin sensitivity may shift
  • Recovery slows
  • Stress load increases

Doing more cardio will not fix this. Eating less will not solve it.

Progressive resistance training is required. But it has to be applied strategically for where your body is right now.

What Happens Inside the 12 Weeks

Phase 1: Assess

You start with movement self-assessments to establish a baseline. We look at:

  • Baseline strength
  • Shoulder and hip mobility
  • Core stability
  • Movement mechanics

This gives you clarity on where you are and confidence in where you are going.

Phase 2: Build

You follow a structured weekly plan:

  • 3 progressive strength sessions
  • 1 core and mobility session
  • 1 progressive walking protocol
  • Weekly metabolic health habits

Sessions are approximately 45 minutes. Equipment is simple: dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and a mat. No gym membership required.

Phase 3: Progress

As your movement improves, load increases. You track your performance, log your workouts, and see measurable change week on week.

At the end of 12 weeks, you repeat your assessments and see objective progress. Strength is no longer theoretical. It is measurable.

What You Will Build

Over 12 weeks you build:

  • Lean muscle
  • Improved body composition
  • Stronger lifts
  • Greater balance and stability
  • Improved insulin sensitivity
  • Better recovery
  • Renewed confidence

Some clients have improved bone density markers. Some rebuilt strength after surgery. Many rediscovered what their body was capable of.

The outcome is not just aesthetic. It is long-term independence.

You Are Not Left Alone

You receive:

  • Weekly coaching guidance
  • Exercise modifications where needed
  • Education on midlife physiology so you understand why the program is structured the way it is
  • Clear expectations from day one

This is structured accountability without pressure.

Common Questions

Do I need to be experienced with strength training?

No. Movement mechanics are prioritised before increasing load. This programme is built for women new to progressive resistance training or returning after time away.

What if I have old injuries?

Movement assessments help identify limitations early. Exercises are adjusted as needed so you can train safely and effectively.

What if I miss sessions?

The structure is flexible. Consistency matters more than perfection. Missing a session does not derail the program.

Is this focused on weight loss?

The focus is strength and metabolic health. Body composition often improves as muscle increases and metabolic function stabilises. But the goal is a body that works well, not just a number on a scale.
