This 10-session package typically runs about five weeks (if you're training twice a week) or three and a half weeks (if you prefer three times per week). During this time, you'll begin building consistency, tuning into your body's needs, and working on the foundational pieces that really move the needle: core strength, mobility, compound movements, supportive nutrition, and lifestyle habits tailored to this powerful stage of life.

It’s a short-term commitment with long-term potential. While true body composition and lifestyle changes take time and deeper dedication, The Power of 10 gives you a clear, focused path to start feeling better fast — and see if a longer journey like STRONGHER is right for you.

  • For StrongHer: If you start the 12-week program and decide within the first 7 days that it’s not for you, I’ll refund 91.7% of your investment — no questions asked. You’ve used one week, and you’ll be refunded for the remaining 11 weeks.
  • For The Power of 10 (1:1 sessions): If you choose to discontinue, you’ll receive a refund for any unused sessions— no guilt, no hassle. This is about honoring your readiness for change — and giving you the confidence to commit, knowing you're supported every step of the way.
