Hi, I’m Sharon—welcome!

I’m 59 and stronger than ever, with over 30 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness space. Honestly, I feel just as energized and capable as I did at eighteen—maybe even more so. That’s the power of consistent strength training, which I fell in love with back in college and never looked back.

I hold a B.S. in Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science from Hofstra University and have taken multiple certifications that reflect my holistic approach, including:
